2 COMMERCIAL SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OF CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS (ESCNNA)
LAW 679 2001 and LAW 1336 2009. The Hotel Park 10 is committed to these laws, in which provisions are made for the prevention and protection against exploitation, pornography, sex tourism and other forms of sexual abuse with minors, by establishing Rules of a preventive and sanctioning nature. Hotel Park 10 informs to all its visitors that the exploitation and sexual abuse of minors in the country is considered a criminal offense and it´s a  punishable crime.


3 ILLEGAL TRAFFIC OF FLORA AND WILD FAUNA
“Do not sell/buy  wildlife species.” The Hotel Park 10 is committed to the with Law 17 of 1981. “Denounce and prevent illegal traffic in exotic species of fauna and flora.” It is one of the main causes of Extension of Colombian species due to illegal traffic.

Please report or communicate this vendors to the authorities, as it is illegal. The Colombian penal code establishes penalties up to 90 months in jail and fines up to 15,000 minimum wages for those who incur in the illegal crime of trafficking with  wildlife.


4 ILLICIT TRAFFIC OF CULTURAL PROPERTY
LAW 397 OF 1997. This law defines a special regime for the safeguarding, protection, sustainability, dissemination and encouragement of the cultural heritage assets of the Nation that are declared as property of cultural interest. in the case of material goods and for the manifestations included in the Representative List of Intangible Cultural Heritage, according to the criteria of evaluation and the requirements that regulate for the whole national territory protected by the Ministry of Culture.


5 ACTS OF RACISM AND DISCRIMINATION
LAW 1482: The Hotel Park 10 is committed to preventing any form of discrimination and exclusion of vulnerable populations, protecting the Afro-Colombian population and the different communities or groups of people who may be victims of these phenomena that afflict Colombian society.

Legal instruments against Racism and Discrimination, Penalizes the Acts of Racism and Discrimination.


6 SMOKE FREE SPACES
The Hotel Park 10 complies with the DECREE 1335 of 2008, which prohibits smoking in the rooms and common areas of the hotel, keeping the spaces free from smoke and pollution.

The Hotel Park 10 works permanently for the environment, therefore we want to invite our clients and collaborators to get involved in our environmental and sustainable commitment, support us with the efficient use of water and energy, as well as the proper solid waste management and commit to minimize and recycle them.
